3. Why We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies

### Strictly Necessary and Security These technologies may be used where necessary to operate, protect, and provide the Services, including to maintain sessions, provide requested functionality, prevent fraud and abuse, detect security incidents, balance network traffic, remember consent status, and maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
Where applicable law permits, technologies that are strictly necessary to provide or secure a requested service may operate without prior consent.
### Preferences and Functionality We may use technologies to remember information and choices such as language, region, display settings, accessibility preferences, previously selected options, and other functionality intended to personalize or improve the user experience.
### Analytics and Performance Where enabled after the applicable consent has been obtained, we and analytics providers may use Cookies and Tracking Technologies to measure visits and traffic, understand navigation patterns, measure engagement, identify popular pages and features, diagnose technical problems, measure performance, conduct testing, generate statistics, and improve the Services.
### Advertising and Marketing Where enabled after the applicable consent has been obtained, we and advertising, marketing, analytics, attribution, social-media, and technology providers may use Cookies and Tracking Technologies for advertising and marketing purposes.
Those purposes may include delivering and selecting advertisements, personalized or interest-based advertising, behavioural advertising, retargeting, creating or using advertising audiences, measuring advertising frequency and performance, measuring campaigns, attribution, conversion tracking, understanding whether advertising resulted in a visit or other action, and improving marketing effectiveness.
Depending on the provider and applicable law, advertising providers may combine information obtained through the Services with information obtained from other websites, applications, advertisers, customers, devices, or sources.
### Personalization Where permitted and, where required, after consent has been obtained, tracking information may be used to personalize content, recommendations, advertisements, offers, features, communications, user experiences, and presentation of information.
### Embedded Content and Third-Party Services The Services may contain embedded content, buttons, widgets, videos, maps, or other functionality supplied by third parties.
A third party may use Cookies and Tracking Technologies when its functionality is loaded or used, depending on the implementation, applicable law, and consent state.

4. First-Party and Third-Party Technologies

Some Cookies and Tracking Technologies are operated directly by us or through infrastructure used to provide the Services. Others may be operated by third parties whose technology is integrated into the Services.
Depending on the technologies actually in use, those third parties may include analytics providers, advertising platforms, marketing providers, attribution providers, social-media platforms, search platforms, video or media providers, fraud-prevention providers, cloud providers, hosting providers, and other technology providers.
Depending on the circumstances, a third party may process information on our behalf or may independently determine how certain information is processed.
Third-party processing may also be governed by the third party's own privacy policy and terms.

5. Sharing Information Through Tracking Technologies

Operation of Cookies and Tracking Technologies may result in information being transmitted, disclosed, or otherwise made available to third parties.
The legal characterization of such activity may differ by jurisdiction and may, in some jurisdictions, constitute a disclosure, transfer, sharing of personal information, use for targeted advertising, or another regulated activity.
We do not use those terms to imply that every disclosure has the same legal characterization under every privacy law.
Where applicable law provides a relevant statutory privacy right, that right remains available.

6. Your Cookie Choices

Where applicable law requires consent, consent-dependent non-essential Cookies and Tracking Technologies remain disabled until you select “Accept” on our cookie banner.
The cookie banner provides one consent action: “Accept.” Selecting it indicates consent to the disclosed non-essential Cookies and Tracking Technologies to the extent consent is the applicable legal basis.
You are not required to select “Accept” in order to continue using the website. If you do not select it, consent-dependent non-essential tracking will remain disabled.
The banner does not currently provide category-by-category cookie controls.
You may subsequently withdraw your website cookie consent by selecting “Withdraw Cookie Consent.” Withdrawal applies prospectively. After withdrawal, consent-dependent technologies will not be initialized again through our consent mechanism unless you provide consent again.
You may also delete or restrict cookies through your browser or device settings. Those controls vary by browser and device and may not affect every type of tracking technology.

7. Consent

Where consent is required by applicable law, we use consent-dependent non-essential Cookies and Tracking Technologies on the basis of the affirmative choice you make through our consent mechanism.
By selecting “Accept,” you consent to the storage of or access to information on your device and, where applicable, the associated collection, use, or disclosure of information for the purposes disclosed in the cookie banner, this Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Consent-dependent non-essential tracking technologies are disabled before that affirmative action.
You may withdraw consent prospectively through the “Withdraw Cookie Consent” control.
Technologies that are strictly necessary to provide, secure, or maintain functionality expressly requested by the user may operate without this consent where applicable law permits.

8. Advertising and Targeted Advertising

Where enabled after the applicable consent has been obtained, we and our advertising, analytics, marketing, attribution, and technology providers may use Cookies and Tracking Technologies to measure campaigns, attribute conversions, create or use advertising audiences, personalize advertising, conduct retargeting, measure advertising performance, or provide interest-based or personalized advertising.
Depending on the provider and applicable law, a provider may combine information obtained through our Services with information it receives from other customers, websites, applications, devices, or sources under its own privacy practices.
You may withdraw our website cookie consent through “Withdraw Cookie Consent.”
Advertising platforms and browsers may also provide their own privacy and advertising controls. Those controls are operated independently by the relevant provider.

9. Statutory Privacy Rights and Preference Signals

Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based or device-based privacy preference signal, we will process that signal as required by the applicable law.
This Policy does not represent that every browser signal has the same legal effect in every jurisdiction.
Where applicable law provides a right to object to, opt out of, or withdraw consent from particular processing, that right is not limited by the absence of category controls in our cookie banner.
Privacy requests may be sent to certloomlearning@gmail.com.

10. Browser and Device Controls

Most browsers provide mechanisms to view, remove, restrict, or block cookies.
The available controls differ between browsers and devices.
Blocking or deleting certain technologies may remove stored preferences, cause the consent banner to reappear, interfere with requested functionality, or otherwise affect the way the website operates.
Browser controls may not affect all tracking technologies.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a traditional “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signal.
There is no single universally applicable technical or legal standard requiring every website to respond to traditional DNT signals in the same way.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we may not respond to traditional DNT signals.
This does not affect any obligation to recognize another legally required privacy preference signal.

12. Cookie Duration

Cookies may be session cookies, which generally expire after a browser session, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period or until removed.
The duration of a Cookie or Tracking Technology depends on its purpose and provider.
We seek to retain Cookies and information obtained through them for no longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose, subject to legal, security, contractual, and operational requirements.
Where a specific technology and duration can reasonably be identified from the implementation, that information should be included in the technology/provider disclosure below.

13. Specific Cookies, Technologies, and Providers

The technologies actually used by the Services may change as the Services, analytics practices, advertising activities, or service providers change.
The list below describes technologies that are actually present in the current production implementation. A vendor must not be listed merely because that vendor is commonly used by websites.

14. Third-Party Services

Third-party providers may change their technologies, practices, or cookie names independently of us.
Where appropriate, users should also review the privacy and cookie documentation supplied by the relevant third-party provider.

15. International Processing

Information collected through Cookies and Tracking Technologies may be processed in Canada, Israel, the United States, or other countries in which relevant providers operate.
Those jurisdictions may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires specific measures concerning an international transfer or communication of personal information, we will apply the required measure.

16. Children and Minors

Advertising and tracking involving children or minors is subject to applicable law.
Where parental authorization, opt-in authorization, age restrictions, default settings, or other protections are legally required before particular tracking or advertising activity may occur, those requirements apply.
Nothing in this Policy authorizes tracking in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy when technologies, providers, advertising practices, analytics practices, the Services, or applicable legal requirements change.
The “Last Updated” date will be revised when the Policy changes.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent before a materially different tracking purpose is introduced, we will provide the required notice or request the required consent.

18. Relationship to Privacy Policy

Information collected through Cookies and Tracking Technologies may constitute personal information or personal data under applicable law.
For additional information concerning our processing purposes, recipients, retention, international processing, privacy rights, security, and contact information, review our Privacy Policy.
If this Policy and the Privacy Policy address the same processing activity, they should be interpreted consistently, with this Policy providing more specific information about Cookies and Tracking Technologies.
